1- I've found a ride I'm interested in purchasing. What should I do next?
Contact us by phone, fax, e-mail, or through online form which you can find in our website. We will provide you completely the information of the item you are interested in with the amount of the deposit required.

2- What about financing?
We do not offer direct financing, leasing or renting of equipment.

3- How the shipping and delivery of the ride are handled?
- In most cases when the contract is offered on new equipment, the prices include shipping to the buyer’s location for you to save the effort of dealing with these arrangements.


4- - Who handle the assembly and test-runs rides?
For all equipments, a “set-up supervisor” is included or mentioned in the contract.


5- Does Panasons supply rides for rent or lease for short term events?
This is not something we offer as a service.


6- Can you send me catalogs, information and pricing on all your ride offerings?
Through our website we offer a comprehensive list of all rides along with specifications and pricing on virtually everything. If you would like more details on specific rides we're more than happy to assist you by e-mail or phone. For our ride offerings we try to post as much information as possible on the site; though if you have questions about specific rides we do often have brochures in e-mailable formats that you can receive very quickly.


7- Can I come to your office to see the equipment you have listed?
The equipment we broker and offer for sale is not at our office location.

8- I have a ride I'd like to sell. Can you help me find a buyer?
We would be happy to help you sell your equipment. Begin by completing our "request for information" form and telling us generally about your equipment. If we believe it's something that we will be able to help you with we will ask you to complete some forms including our Listing Agreement and Data Sheet as well as ask you to send us some photos.

9- What are the payment terms for Used Amusement Rides?
Generally we ask for a deposit (usually 50%) with a signed contract and the balance payable before pickup of the equipment from the origin location. But we are flexible for other terms of payments such as confirmed sight L/C.
